This is a lovely little flat (55m2) on the second floor (without lift) of a Venetian house, just a minute's walk from St Mark's Square.

So you are sitting in the front row to watch the gondolas pass by, but also to experience the spectacle offered by the two Calli and the Ponte dei Ferali.

Its large sofa is a sofa bed in 1m60 x 1m90 or its two slatted bases can also be used separately to make two beds in 1m90 x 80cm.

It is a cosy and inviting room with a large coffee table. You can separate it from the living and dining room by moving the fabric wall that separates the two rooms, for example when you go to bed.

The double room has two beautiful windows (with double glazing) overlooking the Rio dei Ferali and its gondolas.

A large wardrobe with a mirror helps you to store all your small belongings.

The bed is comfortable and a good size : 1m50 x 2m00.

A small desk and chair are located in one of the corners next to one of the windows overlooking the canal.

The kitchen is a small, almost square room whose window also overlooks the Rio dei Ferali.

Through the Rialto stop (Riva de Carbon), which is a 4-minute walk from the flat and just a bridge to cross: lines 1, 2 and the night line N.
From the railway station or Piazzale Roma: 13 to 16 minutes by vaporetto water bus on lines 1 or 2.

Together with the St Mark's Giardini (3 minutes) or Zaccaria (4 minutes on foot) stops, you are in one of the most connected places in Venice in terms of boat transport, not to mention the water taxis in St Mark's.
