Even if you can rent only 3 nights, prices here under are based on a week’s stay.
The price per night for a 3-night rental is always higher than the price per night for a week-long booking.
The owner, when renting on short stays, takes the risk to have "holes" in his occupation calendar. Which explains that prices are more interesting for you on a 6 or 7-night booking.
You must also know that the flat cleaning price, which includes sheets and household linens, will be the same if you stay 3 or 7 nights.
Rentals from 500 to 990 € per week
Rentals from 1.000 to 1.290 € per week
Rentals from 1.300 to 1.600 € per week
Rentals more than 1.600 € per week
