Alexander Shishkin-Hokusai Alexander Shishkin-Hokusai's works are presented with a musical background and intimate atmosphere.

An installation of animated works, with figures, cut out of wood and articulated that rise and fall in rhythm, gently and suddenly abruptly, in front of other characters and decorations painted on the wood and in the manner of Flemish masters of the 16th and 17th centuries.

We see reproduced in the style of Shishkin-Hokusai, a work by Frans Snyder, “the fish market”, but also the “King Bean” who feasts during an epidemic of plague, Jacob Jordaens or the “New Market of Amsterdam” by Bartholomeus van der Helst, without forgetting “The Roman Charity” by Peter Paul Rubens.
