The practice was founded in 1936 by Filippo's grandfather, Mario Stefani, who was a dental technician in Cannaregio.The practice was then taken over in 1960 by Filippo's father, Dr. Giorgio Stefani, a surgeon specialising in odontostomatology, who opened the practice in San Marcuola.
