Flat Venice Ca' del Redentore
Flat Ca' del RedentoreCa’ del Redentore is a beautiful two-story flat (120 sq. M, ground floor + 1st floor).
Fully renovated with studied elegance and full of designer furniture.
It is located in the Dorsoduro District, on the Zattere bank, along the Giudecca Canal, facing the beautiful Redentore Church.
Quite and bright, the flat is also opening on a garden on the back of the house.b
The flat is also air-conditioned.b
It has three bedrooms, one opening directly on the garden, and three bathrooms.
The GardenThe garden is not private but o the condominium.
But the condominium is made up of only a few flats.
The flat Ca’ del Redentore has two French windows opening directly on the garden, one from the kitchen and the other from one of the three bedrooms.
The Dining RoomThe entry door opens on a large dining room, located between the kitchen and the lounge.
A big and nice design furniture oval table with six quality design furniture chairs stands in the centre of the room.
An armchair and a little round table standing next to a window opening on the condominium’s patio, complete the furnishing.
The LoungeA nice lounge opens next to the dining room, very bright with its two windows (double-glazed) with a very nice view on the Giudecca Canal and the Redentore Church.
A large design furniture coffee table stands in the centre of the room, facing a sofa with seating for three. A seat for two and a pouf complete the seating furnishing.
On the multimedia side, in addition to the Wi-Fi Internet connexion available throughout the flat, a flat screen television is at your disposal (Italian digital terrestrial television services).
The lounge is air-conditioned and its floor, as all the ground floor, is “Terrazzo alla Veneziana” (made with little pieces of coloured marble).
The First BedroomA first bedroom stands on the ground floor and opens next to the dining room.
Without being very large, it is a charming room with a direct view on the garden through its window and its French window (both double-glazed) that will give you a direct access to the garden.
Waking up with a view on the garden in Venice is such a pleasant feeling!
The bedroom is air-conditioned and its bed is comfortable (1.90 x 1.60 metres - slatted base).
The First BathroomA first bathroom with a designer look is next to this first bedroom.
The bathroom amenities include toilet, a bathtub and a washbasin. The bathtub is a good size: 1.55 x 0.55 metres.
But there is no bidet.
A large washbasin topped by a mirror stands in the entrance of the bathroom.
A dressing table stands under the washbasin. It is a blind room.
The Second BedroomA second bedroom, air-conditioned, opens in front of the first bedroom with a very nice view on the Zattere bank, the Giudecca Canal and the Redentore Church.
It is a very bright room where the sun enters easily as there is no house to hide it between you and the Giudecca Island on the other side of the canal.
The window is double-glazed.
Sweet dreams: A comfortable king-sized bed (2.0 x 1.6 metres) with a slatted bed base is waiting for you.
The Second BathroomThe second bedroom has its own bathroom, opening next to it.
No bathtub but a shower cubicle of good size (0.98 x 0.75 metres) with a glass door.
You will be able to splash yourself under its large showerhead or more wisely, using the shower rose. The shower room also includes a toilet and a bidet.
A washbasin topped with a large mirror going with a small set of compartments and a large heater complete the amenities.
There is also a washing machine (6 kg) in the room. A little criticism, this is a blind room.
The Second Lounge on 1st FloorAnother lounge, very pleasant to live in, with a large seat, is waiting for you at the first floor. You can reach the first floor from the stairs standing behind the dining room.
It is a large room, air-conditioned and lighted by two big windows and a skylight. You can also see the ground-floor lounge from here.
The room also offers many sets of compartments.
No terrazzo alla Veneziana here, like on the ground floor, but a wooden floor.
The Third BedroomA third bedroom, lighted by a skylight window, opens next on the right of the first-floor lounge.
The room has a sloping ceiling with cupboards in its lower attic area.
The bed is comfortable with a slatted base. However, it is a rather narrow bed (2.00 x 1.40 metres).
As for the entire flat, the bedroom is air-conditioned.
The Third BathroomIf the third bedroom is a little smaller than the other and has no view on the Giudecca Canal or the garden, it has something more: a superb bathroom!
Large, bright (a double-glazed window) and a large bath (1.58 x 0.63 metres) which is quite good to splash a bit!
There is also a toilet and a bidet as a washbasin topped with a large mirror and a set of compartments to put away perfumes and face creams.
The KitchenThe appealing part of the kitchen is her double French window (double-glazed) opening directly on the garden! You will be able to cook here with open doors in summer while preparing your good food.
Its amenities are haut de gamme, a large and beautiful Ferrari red fridge, an induction cooktop and a super-silent dishwasher.
There are multiple place-settings of both high quality tableware and utensils.
The kitchen is next to the dining room, very practical!
