The Dining Room

A table and four chairs make up the dining area, while two sofas complete the room's furnishings, providing an additional seating area to the main living room in the entrance hall.
The Living Room
The Living Room A living room opens up next to the entrance to the flat.
It is lit by a double-glazed patio door that opens onto a small, flower-filled balcony overlooking Calle de l'Ogio and Ramo Corte de la Vida.
A large sofa bed faces a small flat screen TV (Italian digital terrestrial channels, but also France 24 in French).
A small stereo system with radio and cd player is also at your disposal, as well as a Wi-Fi internet connection throughout the flat.
The Bedroom
The bedroom A beautiful, large bedroom, lit by two double-glazed windows overlooking Calle Drasi, opens off the dining room.
The sleeping area consists of two comfortable single beds (1.90m x 80cm) with wooden slatted frames, which can also be put together on request.
A large wardrobe is also at your disposal, as well as a chest of drawers and two chairs.
The Bathroom
The Bathroom Next to the dining room, a bathroom opens up, lit by a double-glazed window overlooking Calle de l'Ogio.
It is equipped with a washbasin and a mirror cabinet with a large mirror above it.
A shower occupies the corner next to the door (1m00 x 67cm). The opening between the sliding doors of the shower is 38cm.
A toilet and a bidet complete the fittings in this bathroom.
The Kitchen
The kitchen Next to the dining room is a kitchen lit by a double-glazed window overlooking Calle de l'Ogio.
It is equipped with a table and work furniture.

Here you will find everything you need for your shopping. Here you will hardly spend more, sometimes even less than in the supermarket, and you can feel the heartbeat of the real Venice, the heart of the Venetians.
If you wish, there is also a small supermarket just a few hundred metres from the flat.
