The garden
The Garden There is a private garden in front of the flat in the shape of a triangle.
It is shielded from the street by a high hedge of privet and laurel.
Two of the flat's windows look out onto the garden (from the living room and the first bedroom).
A large metal garden table and chairs can be set up in a wide arbour.

The living room
The living room A living room opens up right next to the entrance to the flat.
It is lit by two double-glazed windows, one of which overlooks your private garden, while the other overlooks the private garden of the condominium.
A three-seater sofa occupies one of the sides.
Opposite the sofa is a flat screen TV (Italian digital terrestrial channels as well as France 24), this multimedia part being complemented by the fact that the flat also offers a Wi-Fi internet connection in all rooms.
An armchair completes the furnishings in the living room.
The first Bedroom
The First Chamber A first beautiful and large (18m2) bedroom opens opposite the living room.
It is very bright and is lit by three double-glazed windows, two of which look onto Calle Rovereto and one onto the private garden.
A double bed (1m90 x 1m60) occupies the centre of the room. Its bed linen is comfortable and its slatted base is made of wood.
Two large wardrobes, two chests of drawers, a small armchair and a chair complete its furnishings.
The second Bedroom
The Second Room At the end of the entrance hallway, a second bedroom opens up on the right-hand side.
It is also a beautiful, large room (20m2) and bright with its two double-glazed windows overlooking Calle Rovereto.
Two single beds occupy the centre of the room, both comfortable with metal frames (1m90 x 80cm).
A large wardrobe and two chairs complete the furnishings.
The bathroom
The Bathroom Opposite The Second Room, a large bathroom opens up, illuminated by a window overlooking the garden of the residential complex.
A bidet and a toilet occupy the rear part of the room on the window side.
A corner shower is located at the entrance of The Bathroom, its opening between the doors is 37cm. Its dimensions are standard (70cm x 70cm).
A washbasin with a large mirror above it and a mirror cabinet complete the fittings.
The washing machine is also located in the same room.
The Dining Room Kitchen
The kitchen The kitchen, which also serves as a dining room, consists of two parts.
A main room, lit by a large double-glazed window overlooking the residence's garden, and an adjoining small room, also lit by a window overlooking the residence's garden and containing a sink with two basins.
The dining area consists of a large round table.
The kitchen itself is well equipped, with a fairly large work surface and relatively complete equipment, apart from the lack of a dishwasher. A good opportunity for Monsieur to prove himself a gentleman during his holiday with Madame!
