Flat Corte Zappa
Corte Zappa is a charming flat, with a large terrace (45 sq. M) and a very good quality/price ratio.The flat has been entirely renovated and is made up of two bedrooms and a bathroom, it can accommodate three persons.
It is a flat of 60 sq. M (+ 45 sq. M for the terrace) and is located on the first floor (without a lift, 14 steps) of a little Venetian house situated in Corte Zappa, very close to the Ghetto Vecchio but also to many shops.
The Lounge Dining Room
Lounge Dining Room A pleasant lounge-dining room is situated in the centre of the flat, near the entrance.
The room is lit by a window (double-glazed) with a view on your private terrace.
The dining room area is furnished with an antique table and three chairs with a straw bottom.
The lounge area sits in the angle, with a comfortable sofa and a matching low chair.
Lounge Dining Room The multimedia part, in addition to the Wi-Fi Internet connexion available throughout the flat, offers a small TV with a flat screen (Italian Channels) as a DVD reader as well as a Video VHS recorder.
Besides, some movies are at your disposal.
The wooden floor and exposed wooden beams give charm to that room. Please note that the room is air-conditioned.
The Terrace
The Terrace A beautiful terrace sits between the veranda and the lounge.
Its size is of 45 sq. M on two levels.
Both the veranda and the lounge dining room windows have a view on the terrace.
The Terrace And it is the same for the kitchen and the bathroom windows.
Of course, it is a private terrace, only accessible from the flat.
From its upper part deck, you have a nice view on the neighbourhood gardens and you will be able to sunbathe on it with the sunny days.
The Terrace The low part of the terrace is still large enough to accommodate a table and its chairs if you want to keep the upper part just to lounge.
Alternatively, the opposite, as you prefer.
Deckchair, garden bed, and parasol: everything is in hand to let you take the most of it.
The Single Bedroom
Single Bedroom A single bedroom opens on the lounge.
It is a nice little room, very bright, and its window has a view on the Corte Zappa.
A chest of drawers topped by a mirror, as a little round table and two padded chairs are around the bed.
Single Bedroom The bedding is comfortable and of quality. Dimensions are usual: 1.9 x 0.8 metres.
A nice hardwood floor and exposed wooden beams bring warmth to this room.
The room is air-conditioned.
The Double Bedroom
Double Bedroom A big and nice double bedroom opens next to the single bedroom.
It is a bright room with two windows (double-glazed) with a view on Corte Zappa.
The bed (1.90 x 1.60 metres) stands in the centre of the bedroom. The mesh-springing bedding is of quality and comfortable.
Double Bedroom An antique table topped by three mirrors stands between the two windows.
A very large wardrobe with a dressing space in its middle will gives you a place to store your clothing.
As for the single room, the wooden floor and exposed wooden beams gives charm to that bedroom.
The room is air-conditioned.
The Kitchen
Kitchen The kitchen is next to the lounge-dinner room.
Its large window has a view on the terrace.
The facilities are of quality, furniture and utensils.
The tableware, as the kitchen’s utensils, is abundant and of quality.
As for the other rooms, the kitchen has a hardwood floor and exposed wooden beams.

The Veranda
Veranda A pleasant to live in the veranda, tiled with light-beige floor-tile stands at the end of the lounge.
The veranda gives access to the terrace.
It is a very bright room with a plate-glass window on its entire length opening on the terrace.
It is furnished with a wall bookcase with some books of art, a large table with a marble tabletop, two chairs and a garden seat bed.
The Bathroom
The Bathroom The bathroom opens near the double bedroom.
Its floor is tiled in light beige and marine blue on its walls with exposed wooden beams on its ceiling.
A large window opens directly on the terrace.
The bathroom amenities include toilet, a bidet, a shower cubicle and a washbasin.
The shower stall with a glass pane door (0.82 x 0.67 metres) stands in the middle of the room.
A large mirror cover the wall facing the shower cubicle.
The Location in Venice - Map
The flat Corte Zappa is located in a remained authentically Venetian area of Venice.You are far from the tourist’s crowd but near many local shops.

All the necessary food shops are within a three-minute walk, including the fruit and vegetable market of the Rio Terà San Leonardo.On the Fondamenta dei Ormesini on which opens the Corte Zappa you will be pleased to sit at one of the several cafés’ terraces along the canal.
