If you got no answer on your first try by phone:

Objects lost urban area of the municipality of Venice Objects found in Actv public transport vehicles (naval units, buses, trams and people movers) or in company appliances (points of sale, stops, landing stages) in the urban area of the municipality of Venice.

If found by the staff, these objects are conveyed to the collection point in Mestre - Via Martiri della Libertà, 396, 30173 Venezia VE - where they remain for a few days available for pick-up.

The pick-up times are as follows:
Monday to Friday from 7.15 to 16.00; the pick-up points are closed on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

Subsequently, the objects are transferred to the offices found objects of the City of Venice:

Ca' Farsetti, San Marco 4136, Venice, if found in the navigation network and people movers;
Via Giustizia 23 - 30174 Mestre Venice, if found in the automotive and tramway network.

The objects found in the suburban network are, however, conveyed to the Actv headquarters in Mestre:
Via Martiri della Libertà, 396, 30173 Mestre Venezia VE a few days later than the time of discovery.

To verify the actual discovery of an object and then carry out the collection at the Actv headquarters, it is necessary to fill out the following form in advance, indicating some primary information and a summary description of the lost item, the office will contact the customer in case of correspondence to define the delivery methods.

The collection can only take place by presenting the stock confirmation email at the counter.
